The threading ring must screw onto the entire length of the workpiece's thread by hand, without excessive force. If this isn't possible, the thread does not meet the required standards (defective). All parts and gauges are referenced at 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL provides a factory calibration certificate. Independent lab calibration follows set standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI) on IAC thread scanners.
- Manual Threading: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the entire length of the workpiece's thread by hand, without excessive force
- Thread Quality Check: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed on, the thread does not meet the desired standards (rejected)
- Reference Temperature: The reference temperature for both workpieces and gauges is 20°C
- Calibration Certificate: Upon request, VÖLKEL provides a factory calibration certificate. Independent lab calibration follows set norms (DIN, ISO, ANSI) using IAC-Gewindescanner
